Position Overview
The LIA Executive Support Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. As LIA continues to grow, this entry-level position is essential in coordinating travel and meetings for the CEO and other key staff members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, and embody the mission, values, and vision of LIA. This role will also involve travel and assistance with events as needed, accounting for approximately 20-30% of the workload. There is significant potential for upward growth within the company as the individual gains experience and takes on additional responsibilities.
