LIA Executive Support Coordinator

Position Overview

The LIA Executive Support Coordinator reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. As LIA continues to grow, this entry-level position is essential in coordinating travel and meetings for the CEO and other key staff members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, and embody the mission, values, and vision of LIA. This role will also involve travel and assistance with events as needed, accounting for approximately 20-30% of the workload. There is significant potential for upward growth within the company as the individual gains experience and takes on additional responsibilities. 

 

Position: Full-Time

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Operate with the highest level of integrity.
  • Manage and update databases and records effectively.
  • Book travel arrangements for the CEO, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings for the CEO and key staff with prospective and current schools nationwide.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, including travel arrangements and on-site support as needed.
  • Post job openings digitally and monitor responses.
  • Assist the CFO with collections and billing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned on an as-needed basis.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong written, research, and presentation abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
